So a while back my evil, worthless manager quit where I work to make cookies a few kiosks down the mall. For 10 days we were without a management ranked person, because our assistant manager went on vacation. Then the newly hired girl of 2 weeks stopped showing up... (Worthless Hoe-Bag!) So that left two people. One of whom has 2 other jobs and a family... That person not being me... I worked 45 hours that week... some 11 1/2 hour shifts... That's a lot when you are only used to 12 hour weeks...
Well, that was 3 weeks ago almost and we still do not have a manager, though we are close to getting one finally. The person I hope gets the job is a good friend and she works a few kiosks over as an assistant manager. If this girl gets the job, she wants to revamp the entire store and "clean house." Basically, she wants to get rid of my current assistant manager. Boo-Ya!
I told her that if she got the job and was able to boot out the assistant manager, I would put in to be her new one. Which I am sure I would get since I've been there so long and would not need much training. I would get paid $2 more an hour than I am now and get more hours... I could live a little more comfortably with that. Seeing as I do okay with $6/hour and 12 hour weeks. $8 for 30-35 hours would be nice. Maybe I could finally go to college and get an apartment...
If I decided not to stay there forever, the assistant manager would look good on applications when trying to find something better... Hmm...
The check that that 45 hours was on was 1 WEEK late... When I finally got it, nothing happened... I can't get on base anymore (Father is retired and I am not in school), but my bank is on base. My bank is the base one, because that is where my mother works. So I give her my check to have her split it up the way I ask. But she was off Fri.-Mon. so tomorrow it will finally be cashed... I was hecka running low. Then I get paid again this Friday which will be another large check. Nice.
Sadly, my Tax Refund Check basically never existed. I got paid little last year so I got a little check. So I took 50% of it to use as spending money at A-Kon, then I gave 50% of it to my mother to help her with bills. So... since that money never saw my account, it never truly existed in terms of depending on it to raise my account funds....
At this moment, 7 people are officially going to A-kon in my group and sharing the same room. One female is in the group and I let it be known that she automatically gets one of the 2 beds both nights! Also about A-Kon, my costumes are no closer to being finished than last time I reported. Bad Emperor of the World. Bad... Also, I will be in a Sailor Moon group like I mentioned, but I found a girl online from Houston who is going and will dress up as Fuu, the female of the Samurai Champloo trio that we did not have. That makes me happy since it means we can have a full set for posing. She wants to do a skit with us, so I need to talk Maniac into that. She also wants a professional photoshoot taken of us. She is really excited and I am looking forward to meeting her in person.
Speaking of groups. I am starting a Street Racing Team. Maniac and I are Co-Captains. It started cause he and I put the "Fujiwata Tofu Shop" decal that the star of the anime Initial D has on his car (since it is his father's car that is used for delivery). We love that anime, so we had life sized decals put on. Two of his friends want to do it to, so we said only if we become a team. They said sure. So...
Currently we have no name, just the decal. We plan to still drive around with each other on the main street to show off and park in parking lots to look cool. We wont actually race though... At least not Maniac and I. We can't afford to get caught... At least we can say we are a drifitng team... As in "We Drift From Place To Place!" Heh...
I've also inducted 3 B-Team members. Female friends that wanted to join, but didn't want that huge decal. So they get the original Micro-Version of the decal to put on a window. They will be like our support team. They have no desire to race, just to look good. Two of them are getting 2005 cars, that are actually good race cars. I want to ride in the leader of B-Team's car. She is getting a 2005 Honda Civic LX Special Edition. Nice.
I shall let you know later if we ever make a name. Once we do, we are making our own symbol to go along with the Initial D decal. That way, if someone is copying, they need the offical symbol along with the Signature decal to be officail members...
Also, I was talking to the leader of B-Team today when I saw a girl I know from Hot Topic walk by. She has black hair, but she had blue tips! First off, I was hypnotized cause it was hot. Second, I've been wanting blue tips. Last I tried they came out Purple-Red. It was still cool but not Blue. So later I went in... There was Hot Topic Girl. My heart skipped a beat. One of two girls I know personally that has ever made that happen just looking at them... But things are ackward between us. I went straight for Hot Topic Girl II and told her I had a weird question for her. She said to shoot.
I asked her what she did to get blue in her hair. She laughed and said she had been asked that twice today already. She told me she had tried some stuff they sell and it looked bad and tried it proffessionally, but it came out different colors since her hair is so dark. She told me this new person tried once and it was too light, but the more she does it the brighter it shows. So she is going to go by there soon to get me a business card since the people are too new to be in the phone book.
She knows me through Maniac but we've never introduced. I knew her name though. She introduced herself and I told her my name, but that my friends call me Vash... (At least the nice ones to me ::gives a look at certain people reading this:: ).
